52. רישום בפנקס המטען בידי בודק מוסמך
בודק מוסמך יאמת בפנקס המטען את ביצוע הפעולות האלה:
(1)פעולה שנעשתה לפי מדריך הציוד והתפעול;
(2)פטור משטיפה מוקדמת שנתן המנהל לפי תקנה 39;
(3)לעניין מכל שהובל בו חומר מסוג X ועבר שטיפה מוקדמת – כי הפעולות המפורטות בפרט (4) בתוספת השלישית נרשמו כנדרש בפנקס המטען.
