9. בדיקה ראשונית
אנייה ישראלית תיבדק בידי בודק מוסמך בבדיקה ראשונית לפני הכנסת האנייה לשירות או לפני שהתעודה הדרושה לפי תקנה 21 מונפקת בפעם הראשונה, אשר תכלול בדיקה מלאה של המבנה, הציוד, המערכות, האבזרים, הסידורים והחומרים ותוודא שהם מקיימים במלואם אחר דרישות תקנות אלה (להלן – הבדיקה הראשונית).
