19. עבירות משמעת אחרות
ועדת המשמעת רשאית לקבוע כי הנקבל עבר כל עבירת משמעת שהתגלתה מן העובדות שהוכחו לפניה לרבות עובדות שלא נטענו בקובלנה, ובלבד שניתנה לנקבל הזדמנות סבירה להתגונן אך לא תטיל עליו אלא אמצעי משמעת אחד בשל אותו מעשה.
