24. מילים, אותיות או ספרות במדגמים
תיקון: תשע״ז
כשישנן מילים, אותיות או ספרות שאינן מגופו של המדגם, מסירים אותן מן הציורים או הדוגמאות, וכשהן מגופו של המדגם, הרשות בידי הרשם לדרוש שתוכנס בהן הערה שמוותרים על זכות השימוש היחידה בהן.
