27. ציורים של אנשים חיים או אנשים שמתו לא מכבר
(1)כשמופיעים בסימן אמצאה שמותיהם של אנשים חיים, יש להמציא לרושם, אם דרש זאת, את הסכמתם של אותם אנשים, בטרם ירשום את סימן האמצאה.
(2)אם היו אלה האנשים אנשים שמתו לא מכבר, הרשות בידי הרושם לדרוש את הסכמתם של באי כוחם החוקיים בטרם ירשום את סימן האמצאה ששמותיהם או ציוריהם מופיעים בו.
