31. כשבקשה אינה מושלמת במשך שנים עשר חדש
תיקון: תשע״ד־2
(1)אם לא הושלמה בקשה לרישום סימן אמצאה במשך שנים עשר חודש מתאריך הבקשה באשמת המבקש, יתן הרושם מודעה בכתב למבקש על אי השלמה זו, ואם היה המבקש סוכן, תשלח המודעה אליו.
(2)אם לאחר ארבעה עשר יום מן היום שבו נשלחה אותה הודעה לא הושלמה אותה בקשה, דינה של הבקשה כדין בקשה שהסתלקו הימנה, חוץ אם בקש המבקש מהרשם ליתן לו ארכא של לא יותר משלושת חדשים כדי שיוכל להשלים בה את הבקשה לרישום.
