6א. הגשת מסמכים
תיקון: תשע״ז
(א)בקשה, הודעה או מסמך אחר, וכל עותק מהם המוגשים לרשות, יוגשו בנייר כאמור בתקנה 7 או באתר ההגשה כאמור בתקנות 7א עד 7ד, בכפוף לתקנת משנה (ב).
(ב)על אף האמור בתקנת משנה (א), אדם שהוא אחד מן המפורטים להלן, יגיש בקשות, הודעות ומסמכים באתר ההגשה בלבד:
(1)מבקש שהוא תאגיד;
(2)בעל מקצוע מורשה לפי כל דין, שההגשה מתבצעת במסגרת מקצועו או רישיונו.
