5. מועדים
(א)הממונה על התלונות או מי מטעמו, יאשר את קבלת התלונה בתוך 5 ימי עבודה מיום קבלתה באופן שיבטיח את סודיות הגשת התלונה ותוכנה, ושלא יעלה חשש לפגיעה בילד המתלונן עקב הגשת התלונה.
(ב)משך בדיקת התלונה לא יעלה על תשעים ימים; הממונה על התלונות ידאג לעדכן אחת לחודש את הילד או מי שהגיש את התלונה בשמו בדבר הבדיקה המתנהלת בעקבות תלונתו.
