פקיד הסעד שהוא חבר ועדת האיבחון ירכז את הפניות לועדה, ישלח הזמנות לישיבותיה, יקבע את סדר יומה, וידאג להזמנת מי שהועדה החליטה להזמינו להופיע בפניה.
