1. הגדרות
בתקנות אלה –
”בית חולים ציבורי“ – כל אחד מאלה:
(1)בית חולים ממשלתי;
(2)בית חולים שתומכים בו, במישרין או בעקיפין בדרך הקצבה, ערבות וכיוצא באלה, הממשלה, מפעל או מוסד של המדינה, רשות מקומית, או כל מפעל, מוסד, קרן או גוף אחר שהממשלה משתתפת בהנהלתם או תומכת בהם, במישרין או בעקיפין בדרך הקצבה, ערבות וכיוצא באלה;
”חולה“ – לרבות הנזקק לטיפול רפואי או רפואי־סיעודי.
