13. היעדרות מאמן
נעדר המאמן ממשרדו יותר מתשעים יום בשנת התמחות, ולא היה מצוי באותו משרד חוקר פרטי אחר הרשאי לאמן, יודיע על כך לועדה וימי היעדרות של המאמן העולים על תשעים יום לא יבואו במנין תקופת ההתמחות.
