11. הפרדת הדיון
(א)ועדת המשמעת רשאית, בכל שלב שלפני הכרעת הדין, לצוות על הפרדת הדיון באשמה פלונית שנכללה בקובלנה או על הפרדת דינו של נאשם פלוני שהואשם עם אחרים.
(ב)הופרד הדיון, תוגש קובלנה אחרת בשל האשמה שהדיון בה הופרד או נגד נאשם שדינו הופרד.
