21. פרוטוקול
(א)יושב ראש ועדת המשמעת ינהל פרוטוקול של הדיון, אולם רשאי הוא להורות שהפרוטוקול יירשם בידי אחר, או שינוהל בדרך אחרת.
(ב)הקובלנה והמסמכים שהוגשו ונתקבלו בועדת המשמעת יצורפו לפרוטוקול ויהוו חלק ממנו.
