26. דין הנאשם שלא בפניו
על אף האמור בתקנה 25, רשאית ועדת המשמעת לדון את הנאשם שלא בפניו אם הוזמן כדין ולא הופיע, בלא שנתן סיבה מוצדקת מראש.
