34. ראיות מטעם בית הדין וראיות אחרות
סיימו בעלי הדין הבאת ראיותיהם, רשאית ועדת המשמעת להזמין מטעמה היא כל עד, אפילו כבר נשמעה עדותו, ולהורות על הגשת כל ראיה אחרת, ורשאית היא להרשות לבעלי הדין, על פי בקשתם, להביא ראיות נוספות אם ראתה צורך בכך.
