37. החלטת ועדת המשמעת
בתום בירור האשמה תכריע ועדת המשמעת את דינו של הנאשם, לזיכוי או להרשעה, זולת אם החליטה על ביטול הקובלנה; ההחלטה תהיה בכתב ומנומקת, והיא תיקרא בפני בעלי הדין, או תומצא להם, כפי שתקבע ועדת המשמעת.
