42. גזר הדין
לאחר הטענות והראיות, אם היו, תקבע ועדת המשמעת בגזר דינה את החלטתה לענין העונש ותוצאות אחרות של ההרשעה שהיא מוסמכת להחליט עליהן לפי סעיף 25 לחוק; גזר הדין ייחתם בידי חברי ועדת המשמעת וייקרא בפני בעלי הדין או יומצא להם, כפי שתקבע ועדת המשמעת.
