55. פגמים שאינם פוגמים
ליקוי באחד המסמכים המשפטיים או אי־התאמה בין מסמך למסמך, אין בהם כדי לפגום בתקפם של ההליכים על פיהם; אולם אם נראה לועדת המשמעת כי יש בדבר חשש לעיוות דינו של הנאשם, תדחה את הדיון למועד אחר או תורה הוראה אחרת כדי להסיר את החשש.
