6. בוחנים
תיקון: תשע״ג
(א)הועדה תרכיב מתוך חבריה ועדה בוחנת, דרך כלל או לבחינות במועד מסויים.
(ב)הבחינות יהיו בפיקוח הועדה הבוחנת ולפי החלטותיה.
(ג)נבחן חייב למלא אחר הוראות בוחן.
(ד)הועדה רשאית למנות בוחנים שלא מבין חבריה ולקבוע את שכרם, שישולם מאוצר המדינה.
