8א. ערר
תיקון: תשע״ג
(א)נבחן שנכשל בבחינה רשאי לערור, בכתב מנומק, על ציון הבחינה שקיבל, בתוך 30 ימים מיום שקיבל את הודעת הוועדה לפי תקנה 8(ד).
(ב)הוועדה תדון בערר ותודיע לנבחן על תוצאות הערר בתוך 30 ימים מן המועד האחרון להגשת ערר, כאמור בתקנת משנה (א).
