18. מסמכים לאימות כמות המטען
בעל האנייה ימסור לספק הצהרה בכתב על כמות מטען המאוחסנת במקומות באנייה כאמור בסעיף 17(5) ו־(6) וכן את תכנית הסיוור (stowage plan) או כל מסמך אחר הדרוש לספק לאימות אותם נתונים; לא נמסרו לספק הצהרה או מסמך כאמור, רשאי הספק לאמוד את כמות המטען לצורך גביית תוספת התשלום.
