43. תשלום הפרשי דמי תשתית
(א)חושבו דמי תשתית פחות מהשיעור המגיע או הוחזרו דמי תשתית בטעות, ישולם לחברת הפיתוח והנכסים ההפרש בין הסכום ששולם לסכום שיש לשלמו.
(ב)שולמו דמי תשתית מתוך טעות בעובדה, תחזיר חברת הפיתוח והנכסים את הסכום ששולם בטעות, לאחר שהטעות הוכחה להנחת דעתה.
(ג)בקשה להחזרת דמי תשתית, כולם או מקצתם, יש להגיש בכתב לחברת הפיתוח והנכסים, בצירוף כל המסמכים הדרושים להוכחת הטעות.
