50. מחיר דמי המעגן לפי קביעת המנהל
ניתנו שירותי מעגן לאנייה הרשומה במדינה שמוטלים בה על אניות ישראליות תשלומי נמל גבוהים מאלה המוטלים על אניות הרשומות באותה מדינה, רשאי המנהל, על אף האמור בסעיף 27 ובטבלה מס׳ 1 בתוספת השלישית, בכפוף לקיום הסכמים בין־לאומיים שישראל צד להם, להורות כי מחיר שירותי המעגן בנסיבות אלה יהיה כפל דמי המעגן הבסיסיים לאותה אנייה.
