16. הודעות על הגשת התביעה ועל החלטת ביניים
מטפל יודיע למרשו על הגשת התביעה לשלטונות המוסמכים בחוץ־לארץ מיד לאחר הגשתה וכן על כל החלטת ביניים של שלטונות אלה; הוראה זו חלה גם על הגשת עררים וערעורים, בשינויים המחוייבים לפי הענין.
