הוראות פרק זה לא יחולו על מטפל בתביעות שהוא חבר בלשכת עורכי הדין; אך הוראה זו אינה גורעת מכל חיוב, הגבלה או איסור המוטלים על עורך־דין לפי כל דין אחר.
