5. דין הסכם כדין פסק
בכל מקום בפרק זה שבו מדובר בסכום שנפסק לזכות התובע, גם הסכום שנקבע בהסכם עם הנתבע כמגיע לתובע כשלא נפסק סכום לזכותו, במשמע.
