40. המועד לשמיעת ערר
(א)יושב ראש הועדה הפסיכיאטרית יקבע מועד לשמיעת הערר, שיהיה תוך חמישה ימים מיום הגשת כתב הערר.
(ב)מזכיר הועדה ימסור לצדדים הודעה על המועד והמקום לשמיעת הערר.
