42. הזמנת עדים
(א)כל צד רשאי להזמין לדיון בפני הועדה, בהסכמתה, עדים לרבות מומחה רפואי.
(ב)הועדה הפסיכיאטרית רשאית להתיר למומחה הרפואי לבדוק את החולה במקום ובתנאים שתקבע.
