46. חוות דעת של הפסיכיאטר המחוזי
הפסיכיאטר המחוזי רשאי לחוות את דעתו בפני הועדה הפסיכיאטרית שבמחוז שיפוטו ולהעיר הערותיו בכל ענין שהובא לפניה, לרבות ערר שהוא אינו המשיב בו.
