53. תיק אישי
לכל חולה מאושפז יהיה תיק אישי ובו 3 מדורים: מינהלי, רפואי ומשפטי; במדור המשפטי יימצאו כל העתקי עררים שהגיש החולה, במדור המינהלי – כל מסמכים על תשלומים והפקדות של חפצים שביצע, ובמדור הרפואי – כל מסמך הנוגע לבריאותו של החולה, בדיקות, מרשמים והוראות.
