9. מפגש עורך דין–מטופל
לשם מתן ייצוג משפטי הולם כאמור בסעיף 29א(ה) סיפה לחוק, רשאי גורם מייצג לפגוש מטופל המאושפז בבית חולים וביקש ייצוג לפי הסעיף האמור, בכל זמן סביר; מפגש כאמור, ייערך במקום הולם שבו תתאפשר פרטיות השיחה.
