4. נכה משוקם
נכה שהוא נכה משוקם, רואים אותו כמחוסר פרנסה לצורך סעיף 6א לחוק, אם נוסף לאמור בתקנה 2 יוכיח לקצין התגמולים שנתמלאו בו אחד מאלה:
(1)הפסיק את עבודתו או התעסקותו במקום פרנסה שבאמצעותו שוקם, מפאת אי התאמתו להן מבחינה רפואית בהתאם לאישור בכתב מאת הרופא המוסמך הראשי;
(2)הפסיק את עבודתו שבאמצעותה שוקם מחמת חוסר אפשרות מעשית להתעסקותו בעבודה האמורה בהתאם לאישור בכתב מאת הרשות.
