עובדת בגיל הפוריות המועסקת בעבודה המחייבת קיום פיקוח לפי תקנה 3 ואשר נכנסת להריון, תודיע על דבר הריונה למעסיקה, סמוך ככל האפשר למועד בו נודעה לה עובדת הריונה.
