11. זכאי שנתקבל כחבר באגודה שיתופית
(א)נתקבל נכה מלחמה כחבר באגודה שיתופית אין האגודה השיתופית רשאית לנכות אותו נכה מלחמה ממספר נכי המלחמה שעליה להעסיק לפי תקנות אלה, אלא אם נתקבל אותו נכה מלחמה כחבר לפי היתר בכתב מאת רשות מוסמכת.
(ב)לא יינתן ההיתר האמור בתקנת משנה (א) אלא אם הובטח שזכויות החברות של נכה המלחמה באגודה השיתופית לא ייפגעו עקב הפסקת עבודתו לתקופה האמורה בתקנה 10 ומחמת הסיבות האמורות שם.
