3. רשויות מוסמכות
תיקון: תשט״ו
(א)הרשויות המוסמכות לטיפול בעניני העסקת נכי מלחמה לפי תקנה 5 לתקנות העסקת נכי מלחמה, תשי״א–1951, יהיו גם רשויות מוסמכות לטיפול בעניני העסקת זכאים.
(ב)רוב חברי הרשות המוסמכת מהווים מנין חוקי לכל דבר שהרשות רשאית לעשותו לפי תקנות אלה ובלבד שלדיון באותו דבר הוזמנו כל חבריה על ידי יושב ראש הרשות.
(ג)רשות מוסמכת תחליט פה אחד או ברוב דעות; היו דעותיהם של כל חברי הרשות הנוכחים בדיון שונות, תכריע דעת היושב ראש.
