16. רישום השטר
(א)הוגש השטר לרשם כדין, ירשום הרשם בפנקס הרישום את מספר השטר, פרטי בעל המשכנתה, סכום המשכנתה, תאריך השטר, ושעת קבלתו.
(ב)השטר יישמר במשרדי הרשם.
