צו זה יפורסם על־ידי הדבקת תדפיס ממנו הכל תחנת הסעה ועל־ידי פרסומו בעתון בוקר אחד לפחות.
כל אדם הממונה על תחנת הסעה חייב לדאוג להדבקת תדפיס מצו זה במקום בולט בתוך או בקרבת תחנת ההסעה עליה הוא ממונה, מיד עם קבלת תדפיס כזה על ידו או במשרדו.
