3. חובת מדידה של כלי שיט מיועד לרישום
תיקון: תשנ״ב
כלי שיט המיועד לרישום במרשם הישראלי יימדד לשם קביעת תפוסתו, למעט אחד מאלה –
(1)כלי שיט קטן שאורכו עד 7 מטרים;
(2)כלי שיט קטן שאורכו מ־7 מטרים ועד 24 מטרים שאינו מפליג במסעות בינלאומיים.
