8. מדידה שלא בידי מודד כלי שיט
מנהל האגף רשאי, דרך כלל או לענין מסויים, להכיר בכתב באדם, במוסד או בתאגיד במדינת־חוץ, כמוסמכים לבצע מדידות תפוסה של כלי שיט ישראליים ושל כלי שיט המיועדים לרישום במרשם הישראלי.
