לא יוסיף אדם דבר על סימני הזיהוי, המספר הרשום ונמל הרישום שסומנו בכלי שיט לפי הוראות פרק זה, לא ישנה בהם דבר, לא יטשטשם ולא ישחיתם בכל צורה שהיא.
