1. תקופת כהונה
תקופת כהונה של ועדה מוסדית תהיה חמש שנים מיום מינויה, ורשאי מנהל המוסד הרפואי, באישור המנהל הכללי, לשוב ולמנותה לתקופות נוספות של חמש שנים כל אחת.
