14. אגרת התביעה למזונות
בתביעה למזונות ובכל הליך בה, יהיה התובע פטור מאגרה; אך אם נצטווה בעל הדין שכנגד לשלם את הוצאות המשפט, יהיה אותו בעל דין חייב באגרה החלה בעד תביעה לפי סכום המזונות החדשי כפי שנפסק, וסכום האגרה ייחשב כחוב לפי פסק־דין שניתן לטובת המדינה.
