23. אגרות חלק מפסק הדין
כל האגרות ייגבו על פי פסק דין, צו או החלטה אחרת שניתנו באותו משפט ממי שנתחייב בהן בהוצאות המשפט ובמידה שנתחייב כאמור ללא צורך בפסק דין מיוחד.
