21. דין האגרה בתובענות הממשלה
הממשלה וכל שהוסמך לייצגה פטורים מאגרת בית הדין; אך אם נצטווה בעל הדין שכנגד לשלם את הוצאות המשפט, יהיו האגרות שהיה צריך לשלמן, אילולא הוראות תקנה זו, חלק מהחוב בפסק הדין וכלולות בו, ולאחר גבייתן ישולמו לבית הדין שנתן את פסק הדין.
