8. קביעת שווי
(א)כל הליך שהאגרה בעדו משתלמת לפי שווי הנושא, יבוטא שוויו בכסף אם ניתן לבטאו כך.
(ב)לעניין שווי הנושא לחישוב אגרת בית הדין, יראו –
(1)סכום תביעה לקצבה ולפיצויי הלנת קצבה – כסכום הקצבה בעד החודש שקדם להגשת התביעה כפול מספר החודשים שהולנה בהם הקצבה אך לא יותר מ־36;
(2)סכום תביעה לשכר מולן ופיצויי הלנת שכר – כסכום השכר המולן לבדו;
(3)סכום תביעה לפיצויי פיטורים ולפיצויי הלנת פיצויי פיטורים – כסכום פיצויי הפיטורים לבדו.
