8. תחילה והוראות מעבר
תיקון: תשנ״א־2
(א)תחילתן של הוראות אלה ביום י״ז בניסן התשנ״א (1 באפריל 1991), ותחילתן של הוראות סעיף 6 תהיה ביום י״ט בתמוז התשנ״א (1 ביולי 1991).
(ב)הוראות סעיף 6 לא יחולו על אשראים שניתנו או פקדונות שהתקבלו לפני תחילתן של הוראות אלה; לענין זה יראו חידוש אשראי או פקדון כאשראי חדש שניתן או כפקדון חדש שהתקבל, לפי הענין.
