לנכה שדרגת נכותו אינה פחותה מ־40% תשולם תוספת לתגמולו החודשי למימון צרכים מיוחדים הנובעים מנכותו, לפי דרגת נכותו המוכרת, גילו ומצבו המשפחתי (להלן – התוספת).
