Section 5 of תקנות הנכים (תגמולים ושיקום) (תוספת למימון צרכים מיוחדים), התשס״ג–2003, תוספת גיל.
5. תוספת גיל
(א)לנכה בדרגת נכות 50% עד 100%, שהגיע לגיל 65 בגבר או 60 באישה, ישולם כפל התוספת הבסיסית, ובהגיעו לגיל 70, בין גבר ובין אישה, ישולמו לו:
(1)לגבי שנת 2002 שתי משקולות נוספות;
(2)מיום כ״ז בטבת התשס״ג (1 בינואר 2003) ארבע משקולות נוספות.
(ב)קיבל נכה תוספת לאלמן לפי תקנה 3(1) עד (4), לא יהיה זכאי לכפל התוספת הבסיסית לפי תקנת משנה (א), ואולם הוא יהיה זכאי לשתי משקולות נוספות עם הגיעו לגיל 70.
