9. הגדלת התוספת
נכה שאינו זכאי לתוספת בשל מצב משפחתי מיוחד לפי תקנה 3(1) עד (3) או שיש הכרח בהמשך תשלום התוספת אף שהמצב המשפחתי המיוחד פג, ניתן יהיה לשלם תוספת לפי תקנה 3(1) עד (3), אם ימצא קצין תגמולים, מטעמים מיוחדים שיירשמו, כי נסיבות המקרה הן קיצוניות וייחודיות ומצדיקות תשלום תוספת כאמור.
