2. ועדה להשכלה על־תיכונית
תיקון: תשכ״ג, תשכ״ד, תשכ״ט
(א)ליד אגף השיקום במשרד הבטחון תוקם ועדה להשכלה על־תיכונית (להלן – הועדה) בהרכב זה:
(1)הממונה, שישמש יושב ראש;
(2)נציג משרד החינוך והתרבות;
(3)נציג ארגון ”יד־לבנים“.
(ב)רוב חברי הועדה הם מנין חוקי לכל דבר שהועדה הוסמכה לו בתקנות אלה ובלבד שלדיון הוזמנו כל חבריה על ידי הממונה.
(ג)החלטות מתקבלות ברוב דעות; היו הדעות שקולות, יכריע היושב ראש.
